I've written up a blog post here http://bit.ly/KtMIYS that explains why we've chosen Node.js plus Streamline as our platform for our product (www.rivaliq.com).
We are all Node fans in this forum, but i'm guessing that fewer folks have given Streamline (https://github.com/Sage/streamlinejs) a spin. We have found significant developer productivity (and happiness!) benefits by making the switch to using it. I'm not saying that here to troll for more "my control flow is better than your control flow" debates, but rather to share our experiences in order to hopefully help others.
