I just tried compiling NodeJS v0.10.24 instead of v0.10.25, because I
was able to get v0.10.24 to compile on another machine (these two
machines both have GCC 4.7.2-5, Python 2.7.3, and checkinstall 1.6.2.).
So, I thought trying to compile 0.10.24 instead might work, since it
compiled successfully on a machine using the same software/versions, but
I'm still receiving the same error.
I thought it might be something related to libv8, since the error
occurred around where v8 was compiling. So I tried installing
libv8-3.8.9.20 along with libv8-dev through APT on Debian Wheezy, and
still received the same error when compiling 0.10.25. I also tried
compiling 0.10.24 with and without libv8-3.8.9.20 and libv8-dev
installed, and received the same error both times.
