We're working with a small startup in Calgary, Canada and we're looking for a rock solid Node.js developer to work with us to continue building out our API and to also help with some front-end web development. Problem is, I'm not sure where to start looking and always find these kind of forums to be the best place to ask. Do you guys know any great places to look for guys who may be available mostly full time (freelance) to chat with? I'm not looking for an evening and weekends developer as we need to scale up pretty quick and could lead into full time depending on the work flow/relationship.
