RE: can't distribute/sell the app - I totally understand here; this would be for personal use only. I would probably write a blog article to explain how to get this onto your phone (if you're jailbroken). How can I get started on this? It would rock if someone had a binary available for dpkg that I could transfer to my phone and install; that's the goal at least.
