This i18n module was designed to simplify coding and translator work. In
99.99% web cases you need only variables and plurals.
Compared to "classic" solutions, babelfish syntax is more easy and
efficient.

3. Can store complex objects (i18n custom data formats for external libs)
4. Built-in locales stringifier for asset managers
