Finding the right team is a challenge any day, but with open source 
development, and a relatively young technology framework like Node.js, this 
is even more of a challenge. I prefer to take a look at the core questions 
around Node and context in which we want to develop products. That, i 
believe, will expose the true nature of the unicorn we want to hire. 

And the rest is in the hunt !
