In case folks see the subject and wonder about running node inspector on a
PaaS, I got something here:

    https://www.npmjs.org/package/cf-node-debug

I've only tested it on the IBM Bluemix PaaS - which is based on Cloud
Foundry.  The basic idea should work with any PaaS that supports
WebSocket.  YMMV.
