Got super dismayed trying to do some i2c work ~1 yr ago. Admittedly I was on 
some dodgy non-spec
i2c hardware that may/may-not have contributed to my pain, but I distinctly 
remember a nasty
pit of despair regarding i2c capabilities on node forming. But apologies for 
the downer- writing
in to say, thanks for the contribution! Glad to see this nice looking lib.
