A download manager is usually a bunch of stuff around the core function of 
managing a network request. That's a pretty first class citizen in node -- 
the core http library, the request module, the wreck module, and a bunch of 
others all do that. The rest is writing a file, perhaps, which is just 
fs.createWriteStream. You can pipe one into the other.
