Hello I need seriously some guidelines for when a given NodeJS version supports a npm-module. I use the two sensors: BMP085 and HTU21d and tried to install the various npm-modules that are available:
sensor_BMP085, BMP085 sensor, bmp085 and HTU21d, htu21d-i2c ..... along with different versions of nodeJS: 0.10.16, and 0.12.2 and more Either the BMP085 module or the HTU21 (yet not both) that can not be installed The error messages are typically: *Failed at the [email protected] install script 'node-gyp rebuild' *(+ 200 more) I* have* tried to reinstall the node-gyp and Rasbian (R¶-2). And yes, - I have asked Google: some statements says: * this XXX module is not supportet by older versions of NodeJS*, and others: * this YYY module is not supportet by newer versions of NodeJS!!!* Help someone?
