As fedorahosted is going away I have created a pagure repo to replace
the nodejs-packaging repo on fedorahosted:
https://pagure.io/nodejs-packaging
I have also created a nodejs-sig group on pagure that has push access to
that repo and added various SIG members to it.
Issues and PRs from the repo should be notified to the sig list.
