The teams in the playoffs have a vested interest in their teams succeeding and 
moving on in the playoffs and being able to manage their teams as they see 
fit.  Obviously net play allows them full capabilities to make changes as they 
see fit.  Hal doesn't always comply:-)
 
It seems to me that its really up to the managers to try to come to some 
agreement as to how they want to play the series?  It's their teams.
If an agreement can't be made then Robert can rule on what he see's as the most 
effective, fair, and efficient way of getting the series played.
 
Ultimately we need to get the games played in a timely manner and if schedules 
and net play won't allow for this then other alternatives have to be made(ie 
computer managers, autoplay, have a 3rd party play the series).  
 
So I guess I vote No for required net play.  Let the managers choose.
