I do understand that emergencies do come up and even though I am ready to pick
now I think we need to wait until Sunday evening before moving on. I suggest a
24 hour time limit put on each pick after the first round is over. If someone
will be out of town or unable to draft, a courtesy email is enough for me to
give that person some extra time. The whole disappearing act is what we need
to try and avoid to keep this fun.
