As of now the NOMBL is on a 24 hr clock. I tried to set it up but couldnt
figure out how to start the clock. I was am to pause the draft???? Anyway
everyone will now be warned. As for PEN if he hasnt been heard from by 5 PM
Sun then we either pick for him or pass him. If there is no way to set the
draft using that then the the 24 hr clock will be turned on at that time. I
doubt either OAK or CHESP will need 24 min but the clock will be started at the
beginning of round 2 Sun nite at 5 PM>

Perhaps next year we make it official and put a 24 hour time limit on the
e-mail part of the draft. The most frustrating part is the person on deck
being
stuck in limbo.

I do understand that emergencies do come up and even though I am ready to
pick now I think we need to wait until Sunday evening before moving on. I
suggest a 24 hour time limit put on each pick after the first round is over.
If
someone will be out of town or unable to draft, a courtesy email is enough for
me to give that person some extra time. The whole disappearing act is what
we need to try and avoid to keep this fun.
Most importantly I hope all is well with Tom
