One rule I want to be enforced this year is the rule that you must send the
visiting team the files after the games are done. 90% of the teams are good at
doing this but a few do not. I do not think Robert should allow a team to send
in their games unless a file is sent to the visiting team. I will file a
protest if a team fails to send me the boxscore and play by play. I do
understand a new GM may have a few problems which is OK to me but all returning
managers should already be doing this. By sending in the play by play and
boxscore helps me to know more about my team and not to wonder if someone
cheated or changed my lineup to help them win. Like I said most GMs are good
