corrected the ballpark. Blaine I want to congratulate you on the way you expressed your thoughts. I have tried to communicate that many times and never able to convey the ideas even close to as well U. Thanks and I can only say AMEN to your kind thoughts. LOU, JOHN and I are all very close friends and know each other for more years than we can count. We have always been there for each other and always will. I have made a good friend in Harry recently when I allowed LIFE to get to me and he reminded me that I am a man of GOD and needed to go back to him and regain my peace. He told me all my emails seemed angry and yet I didn't feel that way. These 2 guys are also MEN OF GOD and both have showed that same thing lately and I would tell them the same thing to seek GOD's peace and all will return to normal.
I think JOHN is just scared to face the MIGHTY SQUIRES MACHINE!!!! John U can RUN but YOU CANT HIDE!!! Besides if I was going to "PULL A FAST ONE" it would have been for JOSH HAMILTON not an inj ZIMMERMAN!!! I am the one that talked John into drafting JOSH anyway and Randy was there and said he was he was my next pick. Blaine believe it or not Randy also is one of the "Good old Boys" as we are called as we have know him for a couple of decades also. John Bardall on the other hand has become good friends with Bob Oak and John A. Bob has always been 1 of my best supporters many times. So we BLAINE we are friends just different degrees. I noticed most had nothing to say as they have seen it and heard it before but overlook our short comings (and thank you all for that)! LOU and I have been very competitive for over 20 years now. I am trying to change and Lou is the most honest man I know. The NOMBL is more of an excuse to force us to get together (most games are face to face)!!!! It is the only time I see LOU and even then it is less and less. John, Lou, CArl and I know if not for the NOMBL we would never see or heard from LOU as he is that busy. To begin with there has never been a time in my ( GOD willing ) soon to be 55 years on this planet when things have seemed so screwed up. It seems the powers that be are rewarding incompetence and immorality while those of us who have done our best to play by the rules are footing the bill. The temptation to vent our frustrations on each other is understandable but wrongheaded. The people running this league are not infallible they will make mistakes. However they are donating an enormous amount of their time and in my humble opinion doing a fantastic job, and I'm sure most if not all would agree. This league can be a diversion from the problems that surround us. In fact I think we can benefit beyond mere diversion. I hope to strike up lasting friendships. So while the pressures we face in our personnel lives may show no signs of letting up.
