LOL who voted for this stupid rule anyway. I vote right now to change it for 
next year. I might not take advantage of it, and try and win anyway. I consider 
my team a strong contender, for the division. I don't care what the strat rules 
say its dumb. I can see if you have injurys and have to play someone out of 
position. My 2 cents Rapid City

relieve.........

starters I believe can relieve but only for 1 inn before they get tired/ not
