Allow me to clarify. It is ok to send out each series to group email but some are not sending it that way and just to me. The rules state you must send out to me and visiting manager. So if everyone is getting the group email then that works also. I am asking everyone to send in the series 1 @ a time so that if any games need to be replayed then I wont have to import all games file all over again. Thus backing up the files almost after every series.
