Alleghenies are back from the hospital and can do a CM...may not be up to
playing yet,, but I can do that. ;-) So send me the currebt file please
I had a mild (ha!) heart attack on June 26th. I was living in a 2nd floor apt
with steep stairs had been to see a friend and the trip back up was too much.
(The type of heart attack I had is caused by lack of oxygen to the heart,and I
think 3 of the 4 ways the doctor described all worked together on this one.
Besides blockage of an artery (in my case he thinks one too small to send a
cardiac catheter through) heavy exertion - moving my butt up 2 flights of
stairs, a drop in blood pressure - caused by a side effect of diabetic
neuropathy (when your nerves in your extremities start going bad) or anemia
which I don't have. So the long and the short of it is, I am going to go
through cardiac rehab as soon as a nearly healed diabetic ulcer on my foot
finishes healing and I am no longer going to climb stairs.
The build up to this explains why I was feeling crappy there for a while,
but I'm feeling much better now.

i assume that those of you who have turned in cmi's are as anxious to play as
i am. I am sending out a league file with all cmi's except:
Lak
PItts
Rap
Tide
Ohio
If you play one of these teams you will have to import their cmi into the
file. I am not sure what Robert is going to do about the tardiness but if we
are going to attempt to remain on some kind of a schedule we should start the
months games. Also, I am not sure when the deadline for games played will be.
