Here is Aug CM. As for salary cap and changes I vote No to all. First most managers do not know how hard it is to keep a 20 man league going and to add a salary cap to it will make this league 10x harder for the Commish job. I have been in this league for 4 years and when i began in the league i had the worst team at the time. Instead of getting 1 year wonders I drafted through a 3 year plan of being a playoff team. This year it is paying off in leading my division. Teams that struggle need to understand that you need to trade old players for young players to become good next year. Why hold onto a 1 year wonder when you have no chance of winning your division. I have drafted prospects in the last rounds of the draft this year and will pay off next year. With a 40 man roster you can rebuild by drafting correctly. As for trading there are some teams that do not trade but 75% of the teams are open to trading. Do not expect that you will get a allstar unless you are willing to trade a allstar. Don't try to trade a injured player with tommy john surgery and expect a top draft choice in return. I did not see 1 team this year do a roster dump like I did when my team was terrible. I had top prospects in Wallace, Morisson, and Santana for trade but no one offered a good card for this year for anyone of them.
