Well you wont see it here. You are AS OF NOW NO LONGER A MEMBER OF NOMBL. YOU
HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING! YOU READ THE EMAIL ABOUT
NORFOLK LEAVING THE LEAGUE AT THE END OF THE YEAR DUE TO YOU. YOU WANT A NEW
COMMISH AND YOU SHALL HAVE IT IN ANOTHER LEAGUE.
I wish you well in finding the perfect league.

I am not excited. I am very quietly serious. We had huge problems with the
stupid draft at the
beginning of the season that were not resolved until somebody did a ton of work
to help out and
it was all unnecessary. Replacing commish is not a big deal, it takes lots of
time and we need
somebody new.

Mike you need to cool off and relax. The league does not revolve around you.
The scheduled was messed up but nothing we can do about it now. I have a tough
month ahead just like you since my relief is almost used up. Sometimes that
happens. In defense of Robert this is a 20 team league and that is allot to
keep up with. Robert has helped out teams in the past that was short on ABs or
IPs. Robert also works and has a family so give him time to get back to you.
Most of us think Robert does a good job.

I sent a post detailing the problem to our commish, and he completely ignored
it and simply
stated the deadline for cmi's (odd since nobody seems to pay attention to it
anyway?).
Do we have a commish? Or do we have the right person as commish?
Instead of accusations and simpleton solutions, why not a real answer?
Like, submit a cmi for the first twenty days and when those games are
completed, submit
another cmi. Sure it is more work for me, but it is FAIR.
Why did not the commish find a FAIR solution? Why doesn't he seem to care?
I guess it is not his problem.
This league needs a new commish. Someone without bias, someone willing to work
on the
problems, someone with new ideas.
Robert I urge you to consider retirement and allowing new blood into the NOMBL.
Obviously you are too busy or too apathetic or whatever to function as an
effective commish.
I will send an unfair cmi if required but I ask every one of you... is this
FAIR?

Are you simple? Can you not see the problem with scheduling an entire month of
away games
in Sept? Perhaps May or June, but the last month with all the over-usage
problems?
Would you like your team to have an entire month of away games right now?!
I did not make the schedule. I did not make the rules. I have plenty of catcher
AB left, but not
with only one player.
Did this get thru?

I think instead of making demands on what to do, you should have been aware of
the lack of catching you had. Everyone is usually in the same boat this time of
year including myself. Some teams have offered you help, maybe you should
entertain an offer

Perhaps you did not see my previous post... maybe, since it does not pertain to
your team, you
do not care. But there is an issue on the table that needs to be addressed.
I do not have a catcher that can play 24 straight away games. period. I do not
wish to be
penalized for over usage. Now, as leader of this league, make a decision.
What is to be done?
