Dublin will be returning next year. I do think there is a problem but I don't know if having someone else run things will instantly make it better. I know there is some hard work put in every year and to those that do that work I say thank you and I really appreciate everything you do. That aside I do see some problems and the following is my suggestion on how to improve them.
1:At the beginning of the year set up a master schedule of dates for everything to be accomplished by from the draft to the computer managers to getting your games played. 2:Penalties For 1-2 overused players your first round draft pick in the following years draft is moved to the 21rst pick. For 3-4 overused players your second round draft pick is moved to the 21rst pick and so on. Missing your pick during the draft: If you miss your time in your draft pick then you get skipped. At the end of each round before penalty picks are made you should you get an opportunity to pick your player according to the original draft order. None of this; lets wait 7 days for someone to make his pick. The problem I see with usage penalties is the situation that happened to me this year when I had 3 overused players. This happened after I asked someone not use those players. I know it is hard to read every email that come in and accidents do happen. Each case should be looked at closely during the off season and decided if the manager was at fault. There are obvious exceptions to everything if someone is ill or on vacation but this is easily taken care of with a simple phone call or email of the problem. I think everyone is patient when they know why we are delayed and the length of the delay. I think people get annoyed when things just kinda don't get done such as: someone purposely slowing the draft by not picking CM's not being sent in on time ( I know I have been late getting games in just because I wait forever for a certain CM or I can't find it as it was late getting sent in) Games not being sent in on time and having to wait to get the next month started I am all for just moving on when people don't get CM's or games in on time. I could do without the paperwork I have to keep of what games I can play and what games I can't just because someone neglects their CM. I say too bad if you don't get you CM in on time and too bad if you don't play your games on time - just auto play everything at the end of each month. No warnings needed. No penalties and unclear dates to have things accomplished by is my belief of why things the majority of problems exist. Just my suggestion as to what I see. For the most part everything is great.
