The only thing I would change is that a player can not play out of position with two exceptions.
The league constitution requires teams to have at least two carded players at every position on their roster. I think rosters should have enough players on their active roster that each position is covered by at least two players. (utility players can cover a multitude of positions). (1) I would allow a player to play out of position if each player carded at a certain position on an active roster is injured, or (2) if a manger chooses to pinch hit for someone in late innings and does not have an active player carded at that position to replace the removed player. It should only be in one game as managers managing their teams can call-up players from their inactive roster to cover injured players and managers should reset the visiting players injury status so he is available for the next game.
