1. I don't feel leaving his team vacant this year does any good. I suggest
opening it up and forcing a name change. I do like having a award but I
would prefer it be more acomplish based than voted on.
2.I really strongly support being able to draft via email before draft day.

A few things to talk about. 1. My suggestions about Harry. We could name
a yearly award after Harry. GM of the year. Each GM will get to vote on
who they feel did the best job running their team and trading players.
The award will be posted at our website. 2. Will we be doing any drafting
before draft day. I feel it worked out very well the last 2 years of
drafting the first few rounds by mail. It creates trading and speeds up
draft day. We should start the 1st round on March 1st and just do the
first 2 rounds before draft day. Once after the first 2 rounds are done
the draft usually runs at a good pace. It just seems to many GMs think a
good player will drop down and they delay the draft relooking up stats.
3. I hope everyone has ordered their game by now. It will start shipping
on the 12th. John

Now that only Pit is left and looks like you guys have already made those
cuts and PENN will be in this wkend I guess it is time to decide how we
want to remember Harry. So I suggested either changing the name of the
league again or leaving PIT open run by HAL leaving Harry's name in team.
I am leaving this up to you guys and open to other suggestions as well.

Here is web site address..............
http://web.me.com/joebrunetti/NOMBL/NOMBL_Home_Page.html
It is a shame to lose you, Kevin. Please keep us in mind when your time
allows you some Strat -o- matic "fun".
It appears we may have 2 willing managers, please also see below and also
Tom V's email today.
Maybe Robert can quickly decided who gets which team. I think both
rosters should be frozen, and not part of the " I stink " draft.
Maybe each manager can be given 2 weeks to decide what 10 players to cut.
However, I think no trades should be allowed for either team until the
cuts are made.
Need to determine this ASAP so to keep things on track..............
With that said.......Whenever the "I stink" draft is to start, the
Chesapeake Yankees will cut their 10th round pick and select......
TA DA.................drum roll please....................Brad " a penny
for your thoughts " Penny from SF.............
My thoughts, Lou

i have a friend of mine thats a strato guy and baseball nut alike. I
mentioned we had some open teams and he sounded interested. Whats the
status of these teams moving forward? I also don't seem to have the
league website address as i just moved onto a new computer. can someone
send those out. thanks in advance. If you want my opinon on leaving the
team vacant i have very mixed feelings on it. its one of those things
where im not sure there is a right answer.

He is PENN but hate to lose him. As for Pit was thinking about having HAL
run team in memory of Harry??? it would slow down the draft site your
using as HAL cant place names in/on site. However I think that should be
up to league and not me. May have to rename league again. I really want
to do something to pay tribute to my man HARRY. I am open to other
suggestions.
If someone can contact him (call him hopefully) and explain that other
than cuts nothing to do until March but reasearch. He might reconcider. I
really like the group we have together now and dont want ANYONE at this
point to leave.
