Since the commissioner only allows 5 rounds of drafting before
his party at draft headquarters - Virginia and that party is not scheduled
until late March - I would suggest waiting to make cuts and announce draft
picks.
I think we should at least wait until the cards come out before
we make cuts.

Cuts Feb 1
Re-entry draft Feb 10
Regular Draft begins Feb 15
