VA sends Elijah Dukes to Portsmouth for Matt Diaz . HI As a RESPONSIBLE MANAGER of the NOMBL and as one of the League's Presidents - I object to this trade. DIAZ is a guy who is hitting well in MLB Dukes who was cut by the Nationals at the end of the spring training and has only been able to secure a roster spot on an independent team. Did this trade involve the move of draft picks as well such as VIR 2 for POR 10. If so - then I would think it would be fair. DIAZ ia a quality OF batter. Dukes isn't. Jack Howard,
