As i have stated before if there was objection to the CC trade this should have been addressed closer to July 4th which was when I made the trade not a month later. I'm trying real hard not to fly off the handle because this is even being brought up.
I don't even know how anyone can even compare these two trades. The CC deal involved the top prospect in baseball still in the minors as well as a high ceiling rookie starter. So vet for 2 high level rookies. The deal shot down was a decent player for a player not even likely to be on a major league team next year. So lefty hitter for a guy that will most likely get dropped and has little value moving forward. I object to this trade too. Makes no sense. How do these compare? To be very clear there will be NO adjustment to a deal that was confirmed a month ago. Thats a rediculous request. Should I start requesting other trades I think where unfair last year be adjusted? Whats the difference?
