Lets have a GM meeting this year to go over rules sometime in maybe January.
I am all for a committee and will volunteer for it. The ten day rule should be
in place so there is no back logging of trades. If anyone needs any trading
advice or drafting advice please just ask a GM for it. I know some of the new
teams have trouble knowing the value of players in this league so if they need
advice just ask another GM not involved in the trade. Rebuilding is not hard
but takes time just look at Oakland who rebuilt to be at top of their division
this year. John

Correct. We would have to have some language whereby a trade made, by someone
on the committee of 5 would not be allowed. The commish could maybe step in.
The last scenario would be 2 committee members trading and we would have to
have one person back up in place. It will alll work out.

I will just throw out that we take a hard, hard look at all of our rules in the
future and that trading is just one piece where we will need to get the
language
all figured out and try and get all the different scenarios covered. It can be
done, it will just take some time. I as I indicated before am willing to work
on this, and keep the whole league in the loop when it comes to possible
changes. Robert, I have some thoughts on how this process could work in which
it would be fair to all involved.

This is good stuff; this is how league's become great(owners willing to
communicate, question, and take ownership). We will get stronger because of
this:-)
