The playoffs are taking too long.
We need to set deadlines.
If you do not wish to play your games - please notify me, Robert, and the
opposing manager and we will either accept your forfeits or we will
quickplay the games.
The first 2 games will need to be played and reported by Friday 10:00 PM
Eastern time. Games 3 & 4 need to be played and reported by
Sunday 6:00 PM eastern time. Game 5, if needed - will need to be played
and reported by Tuesday, Nov 16 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time.
Round 2 computer managers will need to be in by Thursday Nov 18. Games 1
& 2 Will need to be played and reported by Sunday Nov 21 at 6:00 PM, Games
3, 4, & 5 will need to be played and reported by Thanksgiving - November
25 at 6:00 PM, Games 6 & 7 if needed will need to be played and reported by
Sunday - November 28 6:00 PM. The playoff computer managers will be due by
December 1 - Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Games 1& 2 of the Championship series
will need to be played and reported by Friday December 3 at 10:00 PM; Games
2, 3, & 4 will need to be played and reported by Sunday December 5 at 6:00
PM, Games 6 & 7 (if needed) will need to be played and reported by Friday
December 10 at 10:00 PM.
Deadlines: Games need to be played and reported by the following dates and
times. Teams are allowed to play ahead; i.e. when the CMIs are sent, both
teams can play their games and do not have to wait for the results from
the other team. Please report the games per the following deadlines and do
not report results for games that are not needed, such as Home team 1 could
play games 1, 2, 6, & 7 at one time but only report games 1 & 2 at first
deadline and keep the results secret of the other games until it is
determined they are needed.
CMIs for Series 1 are past due as of this date
Series 1 Games 1 & 2 play and report by Friday, Nov 12 at 10:00 PM Eastern
Time ("ET")
Series 1 Games 3 and 4 (if needed) - play and report by Sunday, Nov 14 6:00
PM ET

isnt this punishing both teams because one team is stalling the series? Do
you think we could have an earlier deadline (like Wednesday) for the first
2 games to be played? Then, if they are not played they are autoplayed.
The visitor team can then have a fair opportunity to play his 2 games.
