Before we start drafting, not sure myself about the new rules, so I have a very important question to ask concerning the rules and whether they changed concerning pitching.
Use to be a starting pitcher, like a Scott Baker, who is only rated as a starter was allowed to be used in NOMBL also as a reliever. Has this rule been changed or can I also use Scott Baker as a reliever still?
