Any team found to not meet these requirements before the start of the
season will be fined picks, players or whatever the governing body should
decide is needed. The president will be required to check all teams and
report the finding to the commissioner before the start of NOMBL play.

What happened to the rules and trade sections? This site is still very
important. I am going to send you the new rules as soon as I can go over them
(been busy with work-tax season and the draft) and post on your site. Your
site is the only place we can get all trades in 1 place. Jack also used
that site to help setup the draft site. Hoping you will catch up on managers
season and well you know.............
I hope your wife is better and that is not why you havent completed fixing
the site.
