No takers so looks like a keeper for me. I got three more picks Saturday and my auto draft is all loaded up and ready to go. Germano definitely best RP left but I am looking for a few more innings than he has. There are plenty RPs left, my list shows eleven left without counting Germano so no sweat. Capuano excellent pick.
Good luck saturday. I already have all my NCRs. How about that korean catcher oakland just signed? too far away? Maybe I will wait till 10th to get my last pitcher. I don't germano makes it to 10th round -----Original Message----- From: john arcieri <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thu, Mar 17, 2011 8:56 pm Subject: Re: Final BKN nombl trade talk Ray, you should keep the picks there are some very good potential pitchers left in the deck. I have a few long shots still on my list that will be available late rounds. Rogers of the brewers just gone but he has potential. Capuno was my best chance pitcher under the radar. Justin Germano of CL only has 35 innings but a strong card and has done it before. Good 10th round pick keep him in mind. My autodraft is loaded cause I have LAST pick in 7th round for my next pick (DES 7). I know Saturday ends trade talks till draft is over. That is cool. I also have BUF 10. I am willing to consider a trade for DES 7 pick for a reliever. Let me know which reliever you are willing to trade and I will consider whether or not that RP will fit into our future. I am also willing to consider trading BUF 10 for a lesser quality RP that might fit into our future (some kind of potential future value present) or even just a warm body. Let me know who you might have in mind for that BUF 10 pick. It will be a simple yes or no, not bait and switch or prolonged blah blah. You might have a guy you do not need anymore because you were so successful in the draft and he could net you a draft pick now and the luxury of getting him off your roster. Only serious offers, no blah blah like well a DES 7 isn't good enough, no time for blah blah. Simple and sweet, an advantage you might want to consider. I am probably a team that will be around .500 mark this year, but you never know. These are not blockbuster trades, an opportunity for a wise GM to get rid of some draft insurance they now do not need. Again, awesome draft. Lots of fun. thanks ray BKN @googlegroups.com.
