The deadline is for the next month (ex: deadline for Aug was extended to July 31st at 4 PM same as MLB) so these shouldnt be effective until Sep. However since this is only 2 keep from having overage and Sep is only 1/2 month I am going to allow this if no one objects. VA trade below was before the email he sent out yesterday but if anyone thinks I will wait also or if he doesnt want to make trade for only 17 games will void trade altogether.If trades go through the cmi can be done either way as they should be the same results.
