Howard confirms that Don Sprague and the Geneva Cubs trade their 2012 4th round 
draft pick to Jack Howard's Hurricanes for RHRP Grant Balfour.  

That bring's Howard's roster down to 40 Players.

Howard's Trades:
1) July 2011 Howard trades 2012 6th round draft choice to FIJI as part of the 
IAN Stewart/Hong Chih Kuo deal.
Post Season trades:
2) Howard trades RHSP Gavin Floyd, 2B Howie Kendrick, and CA AJ Ellis to Geneva 
for Jason Heyward and Geneva 2012 5th Round Draft Pick.
3) Howard trades 2012 3rd, 5th, and 7th round draft picks to North Bay Smashers 
for CA Rod Barajas and RHSP Ricky Nolasco.
4) and the above trade Howard trades RHRP Grant Balfour for Geneva's 2012 4th 
round draft pick 

Howard owns its 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, and 10
Howard owns Geneva's 4 and 5
North Bay owns Howard 3, 5, and 7
Fiji owns Howard's 6
Howard's roster currently has 40 players/pitchers signed (1 under the limit)
