The rules can be found on the Flory website. In the upper
left corner click league information then scroll down to constitution. If
you click this link it will download a copy to your computer. I refer to it
often and would like once again to thank Brandt for the fine job he did
bringing and does keeping it up to date. The most recent revision being
October of this year !
