Listen al ye, Linsecum has not been taken off the market and all proposals are
in process of being finalized. I have never indicated that he has been taken
off the market . Obviousily, because I made a trade with Tim Hudson some jumped
to the conclusion Linsecum had been withdrawn.

From email below Not as big a deal, just something I will remember before
putting together a trade package. I have decided I am not too keen on offering
players in trade to managers like you and the new guy that never answer. Not a
big deal, no rule against you guys being rude. But maybe other people get upset
when people are rude. Not me, I don't care. I just remember and think twice
before making offers. And I do not appreciate blackmail. The offer from Ray /
BKN is in process of being reviewed. I have received a total of 9 multiplayer
offers. To review in detail, some offer have up to 8-9 players I have to study
the specifics of all offers and specifically those meeting the paremeters that
I believe are in those offers which will be in at the end.
I do have experience with many formats of leagues. I will say that typically
leagues who have in their rules the right to protest a trade probably never
would do so without going through a league commish an/or committee prior to
coming to the public view. If this was a mistake so be it, mistakes happen.
From what I have observed, I believe this league does have this but instead
specific responses were made to the league in whole ( not a goood history of
this not causing problems).

In response to Ray's indicated response above ( highlighted in Yellow above)
I'm not sure if my response was rude or not, probably it is to those not
involved as a number of managers have been very nice. But guys, I'm new, made 2
deals and involved in a big deal and seen multiple emails saying both deals
were very questionable. Am I supposed to think this is normal. I have 13
leagues that I'm in plus a long history of multiple sports leagues with up to
30 managers and actually some of them were in person clubs.

The purpose usually of having the right to protest a trade is that of a "sham
deal" I hardly can remember where a sham deal could be in place where the new
member is trading the best asset in a deal.

In conclusion, it would be best to protest to Robert or if one wants to know if
Linsecum is off the market just ask

Sometimes we accidentally respond to an email and it goes to the whole group
instead of you. Very annoying. We don't mean to do it and we do not need to
be scolded for it. Not that we care, it humors me. You are wrong. The rules say
we can protest a trade and it even says we can bring it up to a league vote. In
order to do this public discussion would be allowed. Personally, I have no
problem with the trade made. It did not involve Lincecum. But I was surprised
Lincecem was no longer available because the new guy did not let me know
Lincecum was off the market when he said he would let me know. I did not know.
Not as big a deal, just something I will remember before putting together a
trade package. I have decided I am not too keen on offering players in trade to
managers like you and the new guy that never answer. Not a big deal, no rule
against you guys being rude. But maybe other people get upset when people are
rude. Not me, I don't care. I just remember and think twice before making
offers. And I do not appreciate blackmail. And whatever happened to all
trades by new guys being reviewed by YOU for set period of time. We had this
RULE for a reason. Is blackmailing the league over quitting all we have to do
to be exempt from a rule? It was a good rule and you handled it well. This is
what happens when we ignore these rules. You sent out emails saying such when
people joined. It was good. If you are too busy someone else could do it,
delegate. As for Penn and VA trade, I just said I was just curious and it is no
big deal, but let me see if I can understand this trade. I was ORIGINALLY
trying to help you with your excel sheet you asked to check. I do not really
care that you traded for a better pick a player that was then dropped. I make
stupid trades all the time. And you want 19 people to send you individual
emails concerning the misprint of trade in your excel. Looking it up on web
site as well? Man that is TOO MUCH work to help you correct your excel sheet.
We have lives too. Our work is important too. I am done trying to help check
this stuff. I did not appreciate Nick's rude response when I tried helping
with the new guys roster and I wrote "curious" about the 1/17 trade you sent
out in excel sheet cause you asked us to check it. I do not like this web
site. My feelings are my feelings and unless they agree with you they are
against the rules? Are you kidding me? I do not like this web site and you
want money, then I get to say I do not like this web site. I hate it. We
never had these problems with the other web site. Howard did a great job. We
could preload our picks which helped me cause I work 60-70 hours a week. We
could chat with each other and no one was so sensitive over what we said, we
kidded and we talked and we had fun. Right now, this is not fun. I don't sweat
the small stuff. I am not going threaten to quit just cause I don't like
something, my skin is not so thin. I thought we were more open and fun than I
thought. No problem. I will help things out by saying alot less. So we have
become more like the Stepford Wives stratomatic league. Uh oh, ignore that, I
was just joking. All of the rest of the league love this web site so it is good
by me. On more serious side, any of you guys know how to make these yahoo
groups, could you make one for NOMBL for thick skinned guys who want to write
messages to a group and have fun without having to be so serious? We got some
pretty cool guys in this league to have fun with. You fun guys are all invited
to my house in Tampa for the day of the draft. Free beer and food and place to
sleep and NO SNOW.

This is exactly why the rules say not to send these kinds of email (negitive
comments about trades or league to me ONLY). We have had other NEW managers
quit due to similar types emails. Had these emails about PEN and VA trade been
addressed to me I could have corrected the trade in my spreed sheet and NONE of
these emails would have happened. Robert please note that unless it comes from
commish office then trades cant/wont be voided. They were addressed toward me
and nothing to do w U. As for the offering 1 player and trading another
happens all the time so I think he was just wondering as he may have been
interested in either or both pitchers. I also spoke to Mark and told him I
wouldnt have done it due 2 Hudson's inj but as Lou stated he loves the deal and
that is all that matters. I also think he made up for pitchers part with
getting the better C. I wish I had a dollar for everytime guys disagreed w my
trades I could retire. ROBERT

Because I have no obligation to tell anyone what I want to deal. I chose to
shop Lincecum and not Hudson.

This open email sucks. If the league is cutthroat as iit appears go ahead and
replace me.

Trade should be voided since you can not trade 2 for 1 at this time and second
I also feel that the Penn/Tidewater deal was to one sided in Penn's favor so we
need to do a review of that trade. Why did Penn offer around Tim Linscum than
switch it to Hudson?? From: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>

This is what I was afraid of.....................Since the Squires had 42 total
players, they were able to trade 2 for 1.................
To move up 15 picks, and avoid allowing Rauch to "possibly" be in the " Stink
draft".......................
