I noticed today that a time limit has been put on the draft with 5 minute increments starting at 1:00 am tonight. I am assuming either I am incorrect or the website is incorrect. I thought we were doing a 24 hour window? I also wanted to re-ask if Phillip Humber can be submitted for Vegas as he was picked yesterday as stated below.
