I am leaning towards shopping Alex Cobb, Mark Appel, Randall Delgado, Francisco Liriano and maybe even Archie Bradley or Mark Appel in case your interested in any of them. I already regret trading Michael Saunders, Jacob Turner, Tony Sipp has vs lh a under .200 batting ave, Trevor Plouffe and Chris Archer so far this season so might as well go all the way, I feel it will be worth it if I can finally go all the way. I will have to see how I feel if I do a couple of yrs from now even through I will change my mind even then. However that is what I keep telling Lou when he starts naming of his inj and players w bad yrs so I;m telling myself the same thing. Also looking for some sticks in case you have any you want to trade....................as well as LH RP and just about anything that would make it to the W.S. ROBERT

He is dead meat for next year so I will trade him. Just send me a list of players you would trade for him or a 9th round pick and a drop. I need some catching ABs so if you want to trade Henry Blanco instead could be a deal. The only 2 hitters available for me right now are Ben Fransico and Bryan Peterson. I am looking for right handed starters so if you know somebody with any on the trade block I am willing to put up a 2b Adino or Johnson for one. I am thinking maybe pick as neither of them ( @ least as of today ) wont be of use to either of us next yr. I of course will have to cut a player I am leaning towards cutting Mark Derosa , I like Cordero just because he has better card. So what draft pick would you think is fair? Of course I am open to suggestions as it is 4 AM. I wonder if maybe Koji Uehara might be available for the final 2 months and/or B.Fuentes (been looking to upgrade my LHP)? not big fan but am of the card (except for the tons of hrs of course). I see he only has 21 ip this yr is he inj (not that it matters as I just looking to make trades to try to win it all so LOU will no longer have bragging rights here in VA). Micheal Stutes who you already asked about and Fransico Cordero. I am only in need of Catching ABs this year and draft picks. NCRs are always nice too. I am only trading 1 of the relievers not both. Let me know if you want to make a offer on either player. Or if you need either of them for a 3 way swap with Jack. I am in exactly the same boat as you. You have askd about Mark Appel twice but have made no offer? I am willing to trade him in deal to help me for this yr if possible. As u may no I am looking for good LH rp, ave or better starter but do have Billingsley. I also still have Delgado and Archie Bradley along w Liriano (great since moved back from bullpen and is excepted to be traded before the MLB deadline) but doesnt help me this year. I am still looking to improve my hitting vs hrp but have picked up Morgan but would hope to find someone better or another hitter that loves rhp. I also am thin in bullpen so not sure I can help you but will if I can w/o weaking my playoff chances this yr. I am open to all ideas.....
