What should happen is the teams that go over are required to carry extra innings and at bats next year. For every player over you must carry a extra 100 ab or 100ip on next years team. Guess that splitting up Sept was BAD idea?!! I am thinking we keep fines and maybe give those teams with NO overage a 11th round pick and dont have to make a cut for it until after the draft is completed. Also open to changes for next year (currently playoff teams cant use players that R over for the 1st round of playoffs) which we have been doing for last couple of years. I also will am thinking of waiving fines for teams with only 1 player over if no higher than 101% (think that I will make that a rule for the future). Any objections?
