Just another Qwest story for those being forced to transition from Qwest DSL
home service to MSNDSL.
First, individuals can choose another ISP, not offered very clearly
Second and most importantly, they are saying only the primary email account
(primaryaccount.qwest.net) will be forwarded, not any sub-account. Qwest
offered one sub-account (sub-account.qwest.net) to all subscribers that I
used exclusively....Ouch!
MSN is saying that they are not in control of forwarding and only Qwest can
turn on, Qwest says MSN can do it and when pressed, you have to call another
Qwest support site.
I assume that any email can be forwarded from the host site and will be
pressing Qwest to do so.
Am I correct and has anyone else gone down this rocky Qwest path already?
