Hello all,

I am not sure how big this is in MN, but PowerUP was always touted
nationally as a very successful private-public partnership for CTC's.
Interesting article at the Foundation Center website on funding of Community
Technology Centers.  Shows the changing funding environment:

PowerUP Technology Initiative Closes National Office

PowerUP, an initiative launched in 1999 by several high-tech companies to
help bridge the digital divide, has closed its national office, leaving the
nearly 1,000 community-based technology centers that it financed to fend for
themselves, the New York Times reports.
