With the increase in Tech Talk list traffic, you may want some options for dealing with the traffic from this list. Here are two:
1) Set up a separate mailbox or folder for all the Tech Talk messages. Then use the "Rules Wizard" in Outlook (or the "Filter" in most other email programs) to have your email program automatically move all Tech Talk messages to that email box or folder as they arrive. You reduce the clutter in your In box and all the Tech Talk messages are in a place you can find them when you need them. 2) Set you Tech Talk options to digest. You will then only receive one message a day that includes all the emails to the list. Go to the bottom of http://mapnp.mnforum.org/mailman/listinfo/nonprofit_tech_talk and enter your email address. (You will need your password for the next step. If you don't remember it, click on "Email my password to me.") To start receiving Tech Talk in digest mode, in the gray area of the page, change "Set Digest Mode" to "Yes." Enter your password and click "Submit my changes" sheldon ........................................ Sheldon Mains, [EMAIL PROTECTED], 651/632-7233.
