We have Macs and Visi and we are very happy. They offer a nonprofit discount and their customer service and tech support staffs are very pleasant, prompt, helpful, and non-judgemental.

Here's what we are looking for: 1) We need an ISP that can support at least 20 MB web-based email. 2) We have a list of 900 contacts we need to communicate with. Originally we could only send out to 25 addresses per email through our current ISP (Eschelon) which has increased to 50 per email. 3) We need an ISP with a technical support line that is easily reachable and can resolve problems. 4) We need a service provider that has web-based email that can be accessed through our Mac's. One ISP that came with high recommendations was VISI. Can anyone confirm that, especially if you have a Mac environment. Also, we are searching out phone service providers such as US Link which means we'd need to sign a contract. But currently we know we are paying too much for our phone service through Eschelon. We want a company that is established with good customer service. Recommendations and experiences would be helpful. Thanks!
