Welcome to CURE. Glad to know that you tried to save your juniors from ragging. Most seniors dont think of doing this as they feel that if they rag their juniors, they can have their "revenge"! Its really commendable if you dont think on those lines.

CURE members keep posting ideas regarding how to go a step further in this anti-ragging mission of ours. Please feel free to mail us your opinion(s). CURE would love to hear from you more often.

Dear all,
I am a new member of this group. Personally, I hate ragging very much(I faced little bit during my 1st engg course). When i was senior in my B.Tech and M.tech courses I always tried to save new comers being ragged by other senior students. But all the time that was not fruitful. So, when I saw this type of gruop, I didn't hesitate to join. Now I am doing PhD in IIT-kanpur. I am happy to say that here ragging is almost uprooted by the administrative authority.
I want to be involved more in these activities.
