Rapist of Kerala Ragging Case     Our law has 100 flaws and 200 loopholes all that ultimately protect the ciminals, murderers and rapists.     Gandhiji once said India is said to be really free when a woman can walk freely without fear across the streets at midnights. Forget about women walking freely in the midnight, today women are not even able to study safely in the universitites during day time.     Now, the Kerala rapist is finding ways to circumvent our Great Indian Law. Whether one likes to believe it or not, our law provides more defence to the criminals than to the victims. Politicians and police officers are thoeretically the protectors of law. But it is they and their sons who are more active in criminal acts and they are the people who find it easy to bend the law. Now, there is enough circumstantial evidence that
 there are very few judges who pass vedicts true to their conscience. Most judges reportedly take money from the crimnals via hidden ways and pass judgments in favor of the criminals. Police often provide the cover to the criminals and doctor the report in the ciminals' favour. Because police simply want money.     In this particular Kerala Ragging Rape case, there is a need involve lawers and women's orgainisations who can effectively defend the case and see to that the criminal is nailed down and punished.     The adage of law says,      ' Let 10 ciminals escape, but an innocent should not be punished'     But I say,     'Let 100 rogues who are suspected to have involved in a present crime--but who may not have actually committed the crime--die, if they are otherwise known to be bad characters. But the
