10th May 2008, 150th centenary of 1857 Revolt
We all remember Mangal Pandey who was the instigator of 1857 Revolt, Mangal
Pandeys sacrifice was just a beginning. Further many individuals had
contributed in various capacities, though not succeeded in getting the swaraj
but had set a tough time for the East India Company.
Let us pay our Tribute to all the known unknown freedom fighters who
sacrificed during the 1857 Revolt.
On This date we will be completing 150 Yrs, and our Tribute of each second
will resemble a year completed.
