According to information, Seema, student MFA (Master of Fine Arts, 1st year) has officially lodged her complaint against Urmila, student of MFA, IInd year, regarding ragging forced by later. As per victim complaint, the senior student, Urmila not only misbehaved with her in front of students but also used abusive language. The Chandigarh Government College of Arts administration has constituted a committee to investigate the complaint and report to school by Friday evening.
