Guntur Zilla Parishad chairman K Vijaya's son Krishna Kant (22) has lodged a police complaint alleging that around 30 students, belonging to upper caste, ragged him at the college eatery and abused him as he belonged to scheduled caste category. The victim has identified three culprits in the First Information Report (FIR), police said. Chebrolu police station registered a case last night under the AP Ragging Act of 1997 and the SC and ST (prevention of Atrocities ) Act in this connection.
