Good question. Bush jokingly referred to it (them) as being "size 10" but I don't know if that is accurate or not. From their trajectory in the video and the apparent considerable effort required in the chucking action, they seemed to be fairly thick-heeled and hefty. They probably would have left a mark had they, er, hit their mark. They were also black in color. As to the exact brand or style of shoe, I don't know enough about fashion to identify them.
