work.. You make my life so much easier!
One huge feature I just noticed when editing a PHP file is the "get PHP help
Alt+F1" under the Run menu. I will be making so much use of that!

Hi, Notepad++ v4.0 is not compatible with OpenCtags plugin:
psapi.dll says:
Missing "SetInfo" function.
This plugin is not compatible with current version of Notepad++.

Hi, would developers please look at this bug?

All it takes to fix this frequent crash is to disable compiler optimizations.
I wish I could find out what could be done to avoid MSVC compiler bugs
so optimizations could be left on, because in order to debug it optimization
must be off, and then N++ does not crash under debugger.

Hei,
wenn ich F5 druecke bekomme ich ja den Dusfuehrendialog
zu sehen und wenn ich dort cmd eingebe, startet der mir
die Konsole von Windows. Soweit so gut. Kann ich dort aber
auch gleich noch einen Befehl mit uebergeben, so nach dem
Prinzip:
cmd javac currentfile
Also das er wenn die Konsole offen ist direkt die Javadatei
compiliert?
Wie kann ich das dort eingeben?

With npp when writing Farsi/Arabic using UTF-8, ( Farsi keyboard in
WinXP ), the letter (yeh ?), which is under D key, puts two dots under
the letter (?), which correspons to uppercase x in US keyboard. This
does not happen in other Windows apps such as notepad or Word. Can
anybody direct me to where I can fix this and redefine the keyboard for
Farsi yeh please?

Hallo Jens -
I've played around a lot with the new Version 4.0 downloaded as npp.4.0.bin.zip
on January 27, and it finally works.
The main Problem was to bring it into German using the german.xml downloaded
at the same time.
Still, there is the problem of starting notepad++ with the explorer-plugin
switched
o f f , which will not work: The program always starts with the plugin switched
on, not remembering it has been switched off in the last session. (As I use
notepad++ as file-viewer for .log-Files I don't need the explorer to be seen
then. Of course I could switch it off after the program started, but that's
a little boring to be forced to do this repeatedly.)
Consequently, I have tried to remove the explorer plugin, but didn't succede:
If I delete the explorer.dll and/or explorer.ini in the plugins/config
directory,
the program crashes next time I start it.
My system is Windows98 (yeah!), is that the problem?
Have you any idea?

since a few days i don't seem to be able to "reduce" (german: "verkleinern")
the siz of a notepad++ window.
i can either minimize it into the task bar or maximize it. clicking on the
dobbel window ico (reduce size) will close the window entirely and without
saving
content.
would you know where to change this option ?

One bad thing about Explorer plugin:
why "enter" behaves like "back" (it sometimes make me nervous)??? It should
behave like "open", I think...
Jens, can you do it optionaly, t.i how it reacts (behaves) on "enter"?
